Foreign Sitters

All of ACE Gaigo's foreign babysitters are able to communicate in the language of the mother's choice. They love children and are responsible for taking care of children on behalf of their mothers. We have the ability to practice intellectual and language education while having fun and playing with infants & children. We are especially experienced in language education. They are experienced language teachers at vocational schools and universities, as well as ALTs (Assistant Language Teachers) at elementary and junior high schools who teach English conversation in schools on a regular basis. After screening applicants based on strict criteria, we interview each applicant individually to evaluate their language skills, teaching ability, and personality. In particular, we carefully check pronunciation and do not hire those with extreme accents. In addition, we narrow down the number of children to be assigned to a sitter after fully assessing the suitability of the sitter we have decided to hire.

Japanese Bilingual Sitters

All of ACE Gaigo's Japanese babysitters are capable of communicating with native speakers on an equal footing in a foreign language with the same native-like pronunciation as our foreign babysitters. They will be teachers who have studied abroad at universities, graduates of international schools in Japan, or university graduates who majored in a foreign language. After carefully reviewing each applicant's language learning history and foreign language teaching experience, the headquarters conducts an interview with each applicant and hires only those who are qualified to be ACE Gaigo's Japanese bilingual sitters. Furthermore, each sitter is assigned to a child after careful consideration of his or her aptitude. For families who wish to provide Japanese language education to their children, we dispatch a Japanese teacher who is certified in Japanese language education as a Japanese sitter. The teacher must be able to communicate with the mother at least in English.
